Dan and I are skipping town next month and heading to Spain for some sunshine. Just the two of us. No kids. I literally CANNOT wait. We're staying here.

walking
Every day I try and walk for an hour across the fields near our house in the Oxfordshire countryside. I did it initially to get fit, but now I do it because, without fail, I see something interesting and I always come back with an idea.
bicycle stove
Saw this by Florike Martens in Selfridges the other day and thought it was neat. Part of their Dutch collaboration. Simply attach stove to your bicycle, stock up on local foods en route and you're on your way to the perfect picnic. So long as there are no hills.
